AKA (Also Known As…) ;-)

Lots of new books are being released and veteran titles are being re-released. Everyone’s gearing up for this year’s awards, too. What better time for……

Yes! Another quiz!  Hey, is it my fault if you don’t handle my blog with caution? I’m not the one who clicked here! ;-)

Many novels are released under more than one title. But that doesn’t bother a crime fiction fan like you, because you know all those alternative titles, don’t you? Or do you? Take this handy quiz and find out. Read each novel’s description and title and then choose the correct alternative title. When you’ve finished, check your score to see how well you’ve done. Don’t forget to go all the way to the end of the quiz to find out which answers you got correct.

Ready? Open the book to begin…. If you dare ;-) .

  1. Yay, I got 70%. Although, I did guess on some of them. Interesting how many book titles have changed.

    • Clarissa – I’m very glad you got a “pass.” And so what if you guessed? Sleuths do it all the time. I’m always fascinated, too, by how often book titles are changed.

  2. I’m a total wimp – I only got 50% But I had a great time failing – thanks Margot, as always!

  3. A terrible 30%. What can I say?

  4. kathy d.

Well, I got 70% so I passed. I missed one which I had read. Oh, well.

  5. Got 90% – missed the Hakan Nesser one, although the answer, when you look at it is obvious

  6. Margot: I got 70%. I never had to guess as much on exams in law school.

  7. Thanks, Margot. I managed 80 per cent – my guesses were wrong!

  8. Oh, no, you’re not getting me this time. Today would not be a good day for failure. :D

Okay, I failed, but I failed better than I usually do ;-)
