  1. Wow, what a newsy News Break – even more so than usual! Lovely to ‘hear’ you, Margot and thanks for keeping us informed.

  2. Thanks as always, Margot, and wow! I’m so impressed that you got through all those names for the Petrona Award! Now I know how to pronounce some of them at last! 😀

  3. I don’t know how you pronounced the international author’s last name, but you pulled it off flawlessly. You get my thumbs up!

  4. Lovely job with those names Margot!

  5. Wow thanks for this update. I really wanted to go to Geoffrey McGeachins Adelaide Writers Week but had to miss it because of sickness, but so happy to listen to it now. 🙂

    • Oh, I’m sorry that you weren’t able to get to that presentation, Becksa. Nasty timing getting sick just then! I felt very lucky to be able to listen to this podcast myself. 🙂

  6. Margot: I think it is time for some outtakes. My sons love the outtakes at the end of movies.

  7. Thanks for this update, Margot. I found your accent delightful in announcing the Petrona Award shortlist! 🙂

  8. You sure do pack a lots into 2 and a half minutes. I still haven’t read the first McGeachin book, but soon I hope.

Hey, thanks for the news update, Margot! You reminded me that I had a copy of “The Human Flies” by Hans Olav Lahlum. Put it on my tablet to read hopefully this year.
