  1. Love the hat! Very cool wrap-up, Margot! Wouldn’t it be great to be able to attend the “In the Library” event?

Margot, thanks – I’ll be checking out Anya Lipska in particular.

  3. You crack me up, Margot. Found it hard to concentrate this month, that Custodian is hilarious 😉

  4. Charming outfit, Margot. And I enjoyed all the news.

  5. Evenin’, officer! You should really have done the thing in a Cockney accent to go with the hat! Interesting about all these presses releasing so much classic crime at the moment – seems to be a real surge. The authors on the Ipso list sound particularly intriguing – must check it out! Thanks as always for the roundup, Margot!

    • Evenin’, FictionFan! I don’t think I could actually do a Cockney accent well enough to be anything but insulting, to be honest. As to the re-release of older novels, I’my very glad that there’s a real interest in bringing back some of those sometimes-forgotten classic crime stories. Some of them really deserve a modern audience, so it is good that some publishers are doing that. And I agree: Ipso has some good stuff.

  6. I always look forward to these episodes, not only for the news but to see what hat you’ll be sporting. You wear them well. 🙂

  7. Officer Margot: Thank you for the report. It was good to see you in uniform. I trust your shoes were properly polished. Please proceed to your next assignment. I expect a full update tomorrow.

  8. Very fetching, Margot! And some great news there – would love to attend the German crime fiction event… Ah, well, some time…

  9. The hat was the best yet Margot, I think. And thanks for all the news….

  10. Great hat! And good work on the news.

What's your view? I'd love to hear it.
