  1. When I saw Scone, I thought that must be a new Scottish festival, forgetting that the old “colonies” are full of Scottish place names too! Pleased to hear Martin Edwards won the Dagger in the Library – well deserved!

    • I couldn’t agree more, FictionFan! Edwards richly deserved that award. And it is interesting about place names, isn’t it? Names like ‘Scone’ pop up in all sorts of different places. Someday I hope to get to more of those literary and mystery festivals…

Thanks for that news break, Margot. I was happy to see Michael Connelly get the Diamond Dagger and Martin Edwards get the Dagger in the Library. Well deserved awards.

Thanks for the latest. I already have Gravy Train on pre-order!

  4. I was lucky enough to be at the CWA Dagger awards dinner in London, Margot – it was just as much fun as you would expect.

What's your view? I'd love to hear it.
